25/00531/FUL|Installation of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and associated infrastructure.

This planning application was considered by Councillors at the Full Parish Council meeting on Monday 10th March. It was RESOLVED that the Parish Council would object on the grounds that the entrance to the development impacts on the Canal. The Parish Council also questioned the lack of consultation with the Canal Trust, although the Canal Trust has since been consulted. Cllr Picton will also contact the planning officer on behalf of the Parish Council to confirm the list of consultees.

The Parish Council will review this application at subsequent meetings. The Annual Electors Meeting takes place on Monday 12th May at 7 pm, followed by the Full Parish Council meeting, Monday 12th May 7.30pm, both at Uffington Village Hall.
